Photography began as a teenage obsession. I spent my babysitting money on a film camera and rolls of film. That led me to art school in New York City and photography school in Boston.

With a background in portraiture and advertising, my approach to wedding photography is a balance of opposites: quiet yet bold, cinematic yet intimate, refined yet real. I lean into the polished and unfiltered images to create honest, expressive, and enduring images.

I fell in love with photographing weddings for the full spectrum of emotion that unfolds throughout the day, the stories layered in each chapter, the warmth of the people surrounding you, and the rituals worth preserving.

I approach each wedding as both observer and director. Some moments unfold naturally; my role is to anticipate and preserve them. Others call for a gentle hand to shape a scene without losing authenticity. I find inspiration in music, ballet, art, vintage yearbooks, and fashion editorials.

A professionally printed photograph outlives us. It becomes a part of a family’s history, something to hold, pass down, and remember. As a wedding photographer, I have a front-row seat to some of a couple's most intimate and meaningful moments. That privilege is never lost on me.
